Last updated: 15 June 2026 · Grompalytics is an independent, non-commercial prototype / proof of concept.
Grompalytics provides computer-generated, post-game analysis of League of Legends matches to help a player reflect on and improve their own play. We collect as little as possible and store no personal accounts. This policy explains exactly what data is handled and how.
The analysis shown in the product is computer-generated. When you request a review, a compressed, anonymised summary of the selected match (no login or personal contact information) is sent to a third-party large-language-model provider (DeepSeek) which produces the move-by-move analysis. The result is returned to your browser and is not retained by the Service after the request completes. The model is explicitly instructed to be constructive, to focus on the requesting player's own improvement, and to never shame, insult, blame or disparage any player.
If a Riot Developer Relations reviewer supplies a temporary RGAPI- key, it is used only for that
session's requests, transmitted over HTTPS, kept in memory for the browser tab only, and never written to disk,
logged, or stored in any database.
To keep your session usable across browser tabs, the Service stores your prototype access key and the analyses you have already generated in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device, is never sent to any third party, and is cleared when you choose “Sign out”. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Server-side caches are in-memory only and expire automatically (match data within hours, profile data within minutes); they are lost on server restart. No long-term or personal database is used.
Grompalytics uses the Riot Games API and Data Dragon assets in accordance with Riot's Developer Terms and General Policies. The Riot API key is held server-side only and never exposed to the browser. League of Legends assets (champion, item, rune, spell and profile icons) are served via Riot's Data Dragon. We do not use the Riot Games logo or trademarks as our brand.
